Henan Airlines (2009) (Xi'an Xianyang) is considering relaunching operations as a cargo carrier according to a report by Air Transport World. It had been forced to suspend operations on August 27, 2010, three days after one of its E190s crashed at Yichun Lindu. Henan Civil Aviation Development Investment now plans to acquire 70% in the carrier including the 51% majority stake held by Shenzhen Airlines (ZH, Shenzhen).
