Nordic (Helsinki Vantaa) will terminate its 5x weekly Helsinki Vantaa to Savonlinna service on March 28, 2014 thereby leaving the south-eastern Finnish town without any scheduled services. ch-aviation schedule data also shows that Flybe. Nordic recently undertook a similar decision in which it axed Varkaus's only scheduled flights. According to Check-In.dk, Flybe. Nordic will also drop its last route outside Finland and no longer operate its Stockholm Bromma-Tallinn Lennart Meri route this summer. It will continue to serve Norrköping, Tartu and Visby from Helsinki internationally and Jyväskylä, Kajaani, Kemi/Tornio, Kokkola/Pietarsaari and Mariehamn domestically, also from Helsinki.
