Aeromar Airlines (México City International) will operate its two ATR72-600s on behalf of Aeroméxico (AM, México City International) under its AeroMéxico Express brand. The first of the aircraft, XA-NLP (cn 1086), was recently spotted in México City International wearing Express colours prior to its entry into service.
The turboprops were delivered to the Mexican regional carrier in 2013 and are on long-term lease from the Air Lease Corporation (ALC).
Aeromar also operates fourteen ATR42s and three CRJ200s.
