Golden Arrow Airways (Georgetown Ogle) is a Guyanese start-up that secured its Air Operators Certificate (AOC) from the Guyana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) in April this year. Using a pair of Trislanders, the airline offers domestic charter flights to Lethem, Matthews Ridge, and Krishna Sankar airport among other destinations.
“At the moment Golden Arrow flies weekly to Matthew’s Ridge, Yakishuru, Konawaruk and Baramita; and intends to fly to more tourist destinations in the near future, but the launch of this daily flight was prompted by the increasing demand from tourists and other Guyanese returning on holiday” co-owner Nirvana Mahase told the Guyana Chronicle.
