Kenya Airways (KQ, Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta) has officially retired the B767-300(ER) from its longhaul fleet with the recent return of its last aircraft of the type, 5Y-KYV (msn 29386), to its lessor, the International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC). The aircraft have been systematically replaced with an incoming fleet of B787-8s of which the Kenyan national carrier now has six. Kenya Airways also operates four B777-200(ER)s and three B777-300(ER)s.
