Asiana Airlines (OZ, Seoul Incheon) is considering taking delivery of its first B747-8(F) in due course, Asiana officials have informed ch-aviation. A freighter (msn 60118) was ferried back to Everett from Victorville where it had undergone a repaint into an all-white livery.

According to the Boeing Test Flights website, the freighter is the first of its type destined for Asiana Cargo. The carrier, however, has yet to confirm any such move.

The jet is believed to part of a fleet of five the South Korean carrier was rumoured to have leased from China's ICBC Financial Leasing Co. earlier this year.

Currently, Asiana Cargo operates ten B747-400(F)s and one B767-300F on flights throughout Asia, Europe, and the United States.
