Yunnan Ying'An Airlines (Guiyang) has signed a partnership agreement with JoyAir (JR, Xi'an Xianyang) in which the two parties have pledged to boost Yunnan Ying'An Airlines' registered capital to CNY1 billion (USD161million) while expanding its fleet to 30 aircraft.
The agreement aims to develop Yunnan Ying'An into a comprehensive regional airline offering integrated air travel and tourism throughout south-eastern China.
Launched in 2005, Yunnan Ying'An operates a sole MA-60 on flights throughout Yunnan province as well to neighbouring Guizhou Province.
