Pegas Fly (Orenburg) (formerly known as Ikar (1997) (Krasnoyarsk Yemelyanovo)) has applied to the US Department of Transportation (DOT) for a Foreign Air Carrier Permit (FACP) allowing it to operate ad-hoc charter flights involving the carriage of passengers, property and mail between Russia and the United States.
The Russian Far-East charter specialist said in its application that it intends to commence ad-hoc charter flights from various unspecified points in Russia to Guam International and Saipan before September. Flights are on-board its fleet of seven B767-300(ER)s dry-leased from Nordwind Airlines (N4, Moscow Sheremetyevo) and AerCap.
