Airbus (AIB, Toulouse Blagnac) has outlined its Order and Delivery numbers for the month of June with Indonesian budget carrier Lion Air (JT, Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta) having converted nine A320ceo into their upgraded equivalents, A320neo.
Tunisian operator Syphax Airlines (Sfax) has meanwhile cancelled an order for three A320-200s placed in mid 2013 in the face of stiff competition from local state-backed carrier Tunisair (TU, Tunis) and an uncertain tourist market hit hard by recent terror attacks.
