Lufthansa (LH, Frankfurt International) is set to replace its planned in-house A340-300 service between Frankfurt International and Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta, Kenya with a 3x weekly B737-700 service operated by PrivatAir (Switzerland) (Geneva).

According to Airline Route, the two-class, 86-seater service is still on track to commence on October 25. During peak demand days, the A340-300s will be used on the route as originally scheduled.

PrivatAir operates a similar service on behalf of the German carrier to Pune in India.
