Alas Uruguay (Montevideo Carrasco) began scheduled commercial operations on Thursday, January 21 with a flight routed Montevideo Carrasco-Asuncion-Punta del Este. The flight, YZ704, was on-board one of the start-up's three B737-300s.
Additional destinations expected to roll out in the coming weeks include: Buenos Aires Jorge Newbery, São Paulo Guarulhos, Rio de Janeiro International, and Santiago de Chile.
