BAA Jet Management (Hong Kong) (Hong Kong International) is planning to acquire a 25% stake in China's NetJets Business Aviation (Zhuhai), subject to Chinese government regulatory approval. Once completed, the China Minsheng Investment subsidiary will join other investors in the firm which include Hony Jinsi Investment Capital, Fung Investments, and US firm NetJets Aviation (EJA, Columbus John Glenn, OH) which holds 49%.
BAA Jet Management operates a fleet of over fifty aircraft including A318CJs, Learjets, Bombardier Aerospace Challenger Executive Jets, Gulfstreams, Embraer Lineage 1000s, and Falcon 900s from twelve bases scattered throughout China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. NetJets China, for its part, was founded in 2012 and operates a pair of Hawker 800XPs based out of Guangzhou and a Global Express 5000 based out of Hong Kong International.
