Ryanair (FR, Dublin International) has delayed its Luxembourg debut from September 1 to October 30 owing to operational delays related to Aviapartner, the LCC's chosen groundhandling company.
The exact nature of the delay has not been disclosed. Ryanair will serve London Stansted and Porto from Luxembourg.
