Blue Air (Romania) (BLA, Bucharest Henri Coanda) has announced it plans to open a base in the Romanian Black Sea resort town of Constanta during the second quarter of next year.
Effective April 27, 2017, the LCC will use a single B737-500 to develop services to: Cluj-Napoca (2x weekly); Timisoara (2x weekly); Oradea (1x weekly); Iasi (1x weekly); Rome Fiumicino (3x weekly); Milan Bergamo (2x weekly); and Paris Beauvais (2x weekly).
Aside from Blue Air's existing services to Athens and Milan Orio al Serio, Constanta's other scheduled operators include Turkish Airlines (TK, Istanbul Airport) (serving Istanbul Atatürk) and Wizz Air (W6, Budapest) (serving London Luton).
