Blue Air (Romania) (BLA, Bucharest Henri Coanda) has announced it will open its first UK base in Liverpool in late March of next year.
Using a single B737-800, the Romanian LCC plans to connect the north west English port city with Hamburg, Milan Bergamo, and Rome Fiumicino initially before rolling out service to Alicante Elche Miguel Hernández in late April.
Blue Air's current Liverpool operations entail flights to Bacau and Cluj-Napoca.
