Germania (Berlin Schönefeld) has announced it will start regular flights out of Cuxhaven/Nordholz Naval Airbase, located near Germany's North Sea coast, later next year.
Effective September 22, the leisure operator will connect Nordholz with Palma de Mallorca via a weekly A319-100 service.
At present, aside from regional air taxi OFD Ostfriesischer-Flugdienst (Emden), Nordholz lacks any large scale commercial operations.
