Brussels Airlines (SN, Brussels National) has outlined its proposed SSJ 100/95 operational plans with flights set to commence on March 26 ch-aviation analysis of schedule data has revealed.
As previously reported, the Lufthansa (LH, Frankfurt International) subsidiary will wet-lease a trio of SuperJets from CityJet (WX, Dublin International) this coming summer season.
As it stands, Brussels Airlines will deploy the first two Sukhoi Civil Aircraft twinjets into service from Brussels beginning March 26. One of the aircraft will serve Berlin Tegel, Basel/Mulhouse/Freiburg, CH, and Copenhagen Kastrup with the other taking care of Vienna and Geneva. Weekend operations will cover service to Prague Václav Havel, Nice, Venice Marco Polo, and Bologna.
Thereafter, the SuperJet will be gradually deployed on flights to Edinburgh, Milan Malpensa, Birmingham, GB, Hamburg Helmut Schmidt, Kraków John Paul II International, Bordeaux Mérignac, Gothenburg Landvetter, Milan Linate, and Warsaw Chopin.
The SuperJets are being used to replace three outgoing ARJ-100s.
