Elite Air (United States of America) (ELZ, St. Petersburg/Clearwater) added a first Praetor 600 to its Part 135-certified fleet but retired its sole Hawker 400XP in November 2024, according to ch-aviation research.
The Praetor 600, N5WN (msn 55020202), is a 2024-vintage aircraft which was under private operations briefly before its induction into Elite Air's fleet. The company has announced that the jet will be based in Florida, with ADS-B data showing it mostly operating out of Fort Lauderdale International. The Praetor 600 joined three other Embraer Executive Jets in the Part 135-certified fleet of Elite Air, namely two Legacy 600s and a Legacy 650.
Meanwhile, the Hawker 400XP, N308KP (msn RK-474), was last active under the 'ELZ' code on October 15, flying between St. Petersburg/Clearwater and Miami Opa-Locka. Having been part of Elite Air's fleet since 2018, it was the last of two aircraft of this type in the operator's fleet. The 19-year-old jet is no longer listed as a Part 135-certified aircraft for any operator. The company continues to operate other Hawker aircraft, including two Hawker 800XPis, a Hawker 850XP, and a recently added Hawker 900XP.
In addition to these, Elite Air offers a diverse charter fleet, comprising two Challenger 300s, a Challenger 350, a Challenger 3500, a Citation XLS, two G200s, a G450, a G650ER, a Global 5500, two Global Express, a Learjet 31A, a Learjet 40XR, and two King Air B300s.
