Alaska Utah Aviation LLC, trading as AU Aviation, was administratively dissolved as of September 27. The operator has also removed its only Part 135-certified aircraft, a Falcon 900, as revealed by ch-aviation research.
N484FM (msn 81), a 34.7-year-old Dassault Aviation jet, was last active on March 29, flying between Vail/Eagle and Miami Opa-Locka, where it has remained parked since. The aircraft is no longer listed as Part 135-certified for any operator but remains registered in the United States.
The Falcon 900 was originally delivered to the Algerian Air Force/Forces Aériennes Algériennes where it operated for 11 years before being briefly registered in the United States in 2001. It was subsequently inducted into the fleet of Italy's Servizi Aerei and was reimported to the United States in 2014 for Fox Management International.
AU Aviation and Fox Management International share the same legal address. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) historical records indicate that N484FM previously flew under Part 91 of both companies simultaneously. Fox Management International does not hold a Part 135 certificate.
AU Aviation did not respond to ch-aviation's request for comment regarding its current status.
