Timor Air (Dili) has ceased scheduled operations earlier this month and no longer operates on its only scheduled route linking Timor-Leste's capital Dili with Darwin. Airnorth (Australia) (TL, Darwin) continues to operate between the two cities. Timor Air had used Saab 340B ZK-VAA (MSN 340B-301) wet-leased from Vincent Aviation (New Zealand) (Wellington) on the route. According to new Timor Air CEO James Stewart Kim there are plans to resume operations later in the year with wet-leased B717-200s and to also add Perth International as a second destination.
