Nolinor Aviation (N5, Montréal Trudeau) has taken over its first B737NG, specifically a B737-800 that was previously registered to, but never operated by, Chrono Jet (MB, Québec).
C-FMBO (msn 30631) was registered by Chrono Jet in April 2021 as its first B737NG. The 19.6-year-old aircraft, previously operated by Air Transat and owned by Carlyle Aviation Partners, was never ferried out of storage at Marana and remains in Arizona. On July 6, 2021, the aircraft was deregistered by Chrono Jet and subsequently registered, under the same marks, by Nolinor Aviation.
Nolinor declined to comment on its plans for the type when contacted by ch-aviation.
According to the ch-aviation fleets module, Nolinor Aviation operates two B737-200s, six B737-200Cs, one B737-200(QC), one B737-300(QC), and two B737-400s. The -400s operate under the OWG (Canada) brand, launched in 2020 as Nolinor's new division for leisure operations mainly to the Caribbean.
