Islands Development (IDC, Mahé) has disposed of its only Do228-200 following the sale of S7-MAC (msn 8056) to Kenya's AirTraffic Africa (Nairobi Wilson).
The transaction, which was closed via Airstream International Group, leaves the Seychellois state enterprise with a fleet of three Beech 1900Ds used to connect various remote islands throughout the Indian Ocean archipelago.
For its part, AirTraffic Africa operates five of the Dornier turboprops and two E120s alongside one Beech 1900D of its own. It specialises in ACMI/charter operations throughout Kenya as well as the rest of Africa.
