HOP! (France) (A5, Paris CDG) will conclude all CRJ1000 operations at the end of the 2022 summer season, chief executive Pierre-Olivier Bandet has confirmed to ch-aviation.
The confirmation comes after Jetcraft Commercial Ltd, the commercial aircraft division of global aircraft trading firm Jetcraft, agreed to acquire all 14 of the Air France subsidiary's Bombardier Aerospace jets. According to the ch-aviation fleets module, the jets are CRJ1000ERs and average 10.5 years of age. All were delivered to HOP! predecessor Brit Air (Morlaix). Deliveries to Jetcraft Commercial will run between March and December 2022.
Once gone, HOP!'s fleet will consist entirely of Embraer jets namely fifteen E170s (five -LRs and ten -STDs) and nineteen E190s (six -LRs and thirteen -STDs) used to service various domestic French routes as well as regional European cities.
