Air Vallée (Rimini) will close its base at Parma from September 3 where it had still operated routes to Catania and Olbia. It had initially planned to build up Parma as its largest base in its network serving a wide range of destinations with larger aircraft including a MD-83 temporarily wet-leased from Medallion Air (Bucharest Baneasa). Air Vallée will now continue to operate just a single scheduled route between Turin Caselle and Pescara that it has already served for years.
