NyxAir (OJ, Tallinn Lennart Meri) began operating its recently delivered ATR72-500(F) on behalf of Avem Aero on September 13, 2023. It is the first ATR - Avions de Transport Régional aircraft of the type not only for NyxAir, but also for the urgent cargo charter specialist.

ES-NTC (msn 541) was delivered to NyxAir in June 2023 but remained in storage for the next three months. It was positioned to Ostrava on September 13 ahead of its first commercial flight to Vitoria, carrying automotive parts. It has since been plying various cargo charters around Europe, according to Flightradar24 ADS-B data.

NyxAir operates ES-NTC, which is leased from Nordic Aviation Capital, for Avem Aero as it does not have its own Air Operator's Certificate.

Avem Aero is also the customer for two of NyxAir's two Saab 340A(F)s (ES-NSM (msn 113) and ES-NSN (msn (82)).

The cargo charter specialist used to have NyxAir's Saab 340B(F) ES-NSD (msn 340B-171) at its exclusive disposal, but the aircraft was retired and sold to Ameriflight (AMF, Burbank) earlier this year.

NyxAir's fleet comprises Saab 340A(F)s - one plying charters and one operating exclusively between Dublin International and Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden. It also runs passenger aircraft: two ATR42-500s, four Saab 2000s, one Saab 340A, and three Saab 340Bs.
