Qatar Executive (QQE, Doha International) has taken delivery of the world's first Gulfstream G700, A7-CHA (msn 87009), after it was ferried from the manufacturer's facility at Savannah International via Amsterdam Schiphol to Doha International late last month. It has since been operating test flights around the Qatari airport.
Qatar Executive's fleet comprises two ACJ319-100s, one G650(ER), fourteen G650ERs, and two Global 5000s, the ch-aviation fleets module shows.
Gulfstream Aerospace announced that it simultaneously delivered the second unit to a customer, N71Z (msn 87010), which was ferried from Savannah to Bergen on April 30, 2023. Currently registered to a trust, its operator is unknown.
The G700 was certified by the FAA in late March 2024.
