Luxaviation Group, owner of Luxaviation (LXA, Luxembourg), has acquired Texas-headquartered FBO and handling agent Paragon Aviation Group, giving the Luxembourg-based operator an FBO presence in 140 plus airports.
"This acquisition marks another significant step in Luxaviation's strategy to strengthen its position in the global market, enhancing its service offerings and operational reach," reads a Luxaviation statement.
“Our continued expansion in the global FBO market offers a compelling alternative to the major networks," said Luxaviation Group CEO Patrick Hansen.
The Paragon deal followed the group's purchase of Sky Valet earlier this month, which added 17 FBO locations to its portfolio.
Luxaviation Group owns the ExecuJet brand, which has active operations in the United Kingdom, South Africa, Australia, Denmark, Mexico, the United Arab Emirates, and Nigeria. In addition to the Luxembourg-based operation, Luxaviation-branded entities are active in Belgium, France, Germany, Portugal, San Marino, and the United Kingdom. According to ch-aviation fleets data, the Luxembourg-based fleet includes a single Falcon 8X, a Falcon 900EX EASy, and an Embraer Legacy 650.
