AllianceJet (Malta) (ALE, Malta International) has returned its Bombardier Global 6000 to service after an extensive overhaul, including a fresh livery and cabin refurbishment. The 11.38 year old aircraft, 9H-ANS (msn 9537), has operated for AllianceJet since September 2020 but recently had the work done when it went in for a 120-month maintenance inspection.
The maintenance check occurred at the Bombardier Business Aircraft facility at London Biggin Hill. The General Atomics facility in Oberpfaffenhofen, Germany, handled the exterior repaint, and F/List looked after the cabin refurbishment, which was also done at Biggin Hill. The jet can now convey up to 13 (seated) passengers on sectors up to 13 hours long, and has a maximum speed of 950km/hour.
The Maltese operator, an Alliance Aviation Group subsidiary, operates a single Challenger 605 alongside the Global 6000, according to ch-aviation fleets data. Parent entity Alliance Aviation Group is an Irish-based general aviation company providing domestic and international ground handling locations, maintenance facilities, and aircraft management.
