De Havilland Aircraft of Canada (DHC, Toronto Downsview) has announced two contracts with undisclosed customers for two DHC-6-400s each during the 2024 Farnborough Air Show.
The first contract is with a commercial operator and has no disclosed delivery dates. The other agreement is with an "undisclosed European country" and covers a DHC-6-400 Guardian variant for aerial surveillance to be delivered in mid-2025.
The Canadian manufacturer also said the new DHC-6-300-G variant is on schedule for certification by the end of 2024, with first deliveries to customers planned for 2025. The first such aircraft is currently under assembly at DHC's Calgary site.
