Fly2Sky (F6, Sofia) has once more added an A321-200 to its fleet, five months after it last stopped operating the type.

LZ-FSH (msn 1932) is a 21.45-year-old jet with 212 economy-class seats, formerly operated by Sunclass Airlines (DK, Copenhagen Kastrup). It was ferried from Kemble to Sofia on July 24 before being flown to Tel Aviv Ben Gurion on the same day to be deployed by Arkia Israeli Airlines (IZ, Tel Aviv Ben Gurion) on a wet-lease contract that runs until the end of October.

The Bulgarian ACMI/charter specialist previously operated three A321-200s between November 2021 and March 2024. Of these, according to the ch-aviation fleets history module, one is now being operated by BeOnd (B4, Malé), one is currently undergoing P2F conversion, and one has undergone P2F conversion and is set to join the fleet of GlobalX (G6, Miami International) later this year.

Along with LZ-FSH, the Fly2Sky fleet is currently made up of six A320-200s. In a statement to ch-aviation, the airline said they expect to add one A320 and one A321 later in August, while an additional A320 is anticipated in September. LZ-FSI, a 21.38-year-old A321-200 also previously operated by Sunclass, was recently registered by Fly2Sky.

In addition, in a filing made with the Bulgarian commercial register on June 3, Fly2Sky announced that it is changing its legal form from a limited liability company (LLC) to a joint stock company (JSC) with the aim of "improving and optimising the corporate structure and organisation of the business". The capital of the JSC is BGN441,100 leva (USD244,000) and the shares are distributed between ALG Aero Holding (51%) and Aerovista (49%), as was the case for the LLC.
