Vista Global Holding plans to sell thirty-nine Cessna Citation business jets operated by XOJET Aviation (XOJ, Fort Lauderdale Executive) and Red Wing Aviation (LAK, Red Wing) under the Vista America brand, the Private Jet Card Comparisons news site has reported.
The holding confirmed that the Cessna Aircraft Company aircraft will exit the Vista America fleet after the sale.
XOJET Aviation currently operates twenty-three Citation X jets. Its fleet also includes two CRJ200s, which are not up for sale. In turn, Red Wing Aviation will sell its sixteen Citation Ultras. It will continue to operate ten Citation Excels and two Citation Vs.
Vista America, which does not have its own certificate, also comprises Jet Edge, which operates a more diversified fleet of over twenty business jets (mostly of Gulfstream Aerospace make, as well as a B737-700(BBJ), a Global 7500, a Legacy 600, and a Legacy 650), and JetSelect Aviation with 77 aircraft on its certificate (including fifty-three Challengers in various variants). Vista Global holds minority non-controlling stakes in these operators.
