WestJet (WS, Calgary) and Aergo Capital completed a sale-and-leaseback transaction for eight B737-800s in early August 2024, the lessor announced in a statement.

“The eight B737s are an excellent addition to our growing portfolio. This marks our first transaction with WestJet, and we are particularly pleased to add another Canadian carrier to our client base,” said Fred Browne, chief executive of Aergo.

The now Aergo-owned airframes are C-FCSX (msn 60126), C-FDMB (msn 61027), C-FKRF (msn 6123), C-FLBV (msn 40836), C-FPLS (msn 60132), C-FWJS (msn 39076), C-GWBU (msn 39075), and C-GWUX (msn 60124).
