DC Aviation (DCS, Stuttgart Manfred Rommel) is set to become the global launch customer of the new G400 type, having placed an order with Gulfstream Aerospace (GLF, Savannah International) for one.
The G400 began flight testing in mid-August 2024. While DC Aviation did not share the expected delivery timeframe, the manufacturer hopes to certify the type in 2025.
The German charter specialist operates 17 aircraft, including one ACJ319-100, one ACJ320-200N, one Challenger 350, six Citation XLS+, one Falcon 2000LXS, one Falcon 2000S, one Falcon 900DX, one G280, one G550, two G650ERs, and one Legacy 650. The operator also has AOCs in Malta, San Marino, and the United Arab Emirates, but none of them operates any additional Gulfstream jets.
