Fox Aviation (FIX, Ljubljana) has retired its last Cessna Citation S/II from its Slovenia-registered fleet, ch-aviation research has revealed.
S5-BAX (msn S550-0028) operated the last flight from Malta International to Ljubljana on December 30, 2023, where it has since been stored. The 39.5-year-old aircraft was active on a test flight on July 15, 2024, and subsequently re-registered to Alar Aviation under the same marks.
Fox Aviation continues to operate one San Marino-registered Citation Jet 2+, one Slovenia-registered Citation Jet, and one Slovenia-registered Citation Bravo.
Alar Aviation is a Slovenian subsidiary of Serbia-certified Tinadar Jets. The business charter specialist confirmed to ch-aviation that S5-BAX is in its fleet as the only Citation S/II. Tinadar Jets' fleet also comprises one Citation Jet and one Citation Jet 3.
