The 26-year-old jet accommodates up to seven passengers and has been US-registered throughout its operational life. It was previously included under FliteAccess's certificate until its retirement in February 2024, being the last Citation Ultra in their charter fleet.

This addition brings the total number of aircraft under AEM Aviation's certificate and offered for charter by Honaker Aviation to 12, which includes one Beechjet 400A, one Citation III, one Citation Ultra, two Citation VII, four Dassault Aviation Falcon 2000s, two Hawker 800XPs, and one Hawker 800XP(2).

FliteAccess, specialising in private jet charter and aircraft management services, currently operates a fleet consisting of five Citation Bravo jets, one Citation Jet 2, one Citation Jet 3, two Citation X, one Hawker 800XP(2), and one Cirrus Aircraft SR-22.

Honaker Aviation provides aircraft management, maintenance, acquisition and sales, and FBO services, with a facility in Jeffersonville. The company initially partnered with Jet Access Aviation (JXA, West Palm Beach International), a FAA Part 135 operator, to offer private jet charter services, continuing this relationship until 2021 when it shifted to AEM Aviation, which offers aircraft management, acquisition services, maintenance evaluations, and aviation consulting.
