FlyXcite will be the first tenant of a new fixed-base operator (FBO) facility at Hamilton, ON. Developed by BC Developments, a Canadian property developer whose president is also CEO of FlyXcite, the investment is estimated at around USD50 million.

The facility will complement another FBO site for FlyXcite scheduled to open in London, ON in 2025, as announced during a ceremony on October 24, 2024.

The 100,000 square foot (9,290 square metre) FBO will feature three hangars, lounges, catering, and private meeting spaces. FlyXcite will occupy 30,000 square feet (2,787 square metres), while Aerofina Aviation, specialising in bespoke helicopter and fixed-wing completions, will occupy 20,000 square feet (1,858 square metres). The third hangar, covering 50,000 square feet (4,645 square metres), is set to be available within the next two years, with the first phase of construction expected to be completed by late 2025.

The Texas-based operator specialises in private jet charter services, aircraft management solutions, and brokering. FlyXcite operates two aircraft under its Part 135 certificate, which remains registered as Stebbins Aviation, including one Citation Mustang and one Gulfstream Aerospace GIV-SP. While Stebbins Aviation previously operated an FBO at Longview, it is unclear if this operation continues under FlyXcite.
