Luxaviation San Marino (LSM, Rimini) has taken delivery of its first B737-800(BBJ), as confirmed to ch-aviation by the group's chief aviation officer, Robert Fisch.
T7-NAS (msn 42510) was delivered between October 29 and 30, 2024, with the aircraft ferrying from Bozeman to Dubai World Central via London Stansted. The company plans to charter out the Boeing Business Jet when not in use by its owner.
At 11.4 years old, it was previously owned by Pasaca Capital Inc and operated privately under US registration. It was last active as N889CL on September 5 when it flew to Bozeman from Ardmore, OK. Prior to that, it was recorded traveling from Burbank on April 11 after being parked there for four months since December 2023.
The addition marks Luxaviation San Marino's expansion into a new market with its inaugural bizliner, reflecting the company's view of San Marino as an essential element of its strategy, as told by Fisch in an exclusive interview with ch-aviation earlier this month. The fleet Luxaviation operates in San Marino includes business jets of various types, ranging from mid-size to long-range Bombardier Business Aircraft, Dassault Aviation, Embraer Executive Jets, Hawker Beechcraft, and Gulfstream Aerospace aircraft. Luxaviation Group currently holds fifteen AOCs across Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia, and Mexico, including units operating under the Luxaviation and ExecuJet brands.
