VistaJet (Malta) (VJT, Malta International) has added its first Falcon 7X, according to ch-aviation research. This marks the debut of a Dassault Aviation aircraft for VistaJet Malta, although VistaJet (Germany) (H5, Hamburg Helmut Schmidt), a sister company within Vista Global Holding, already operates the type.

9H-JHK (msn 97) completed its first flight under its Maltese registration and VistaJet Malta’s ‘VJT’ code on November 6, 2024, between Singapore Seletar and Dubai World Central. The following day, it continued to Malta International before proceeding to Helsinki Vantaa. Configured for up to 12 passengers, six in sleeping configuration, this is the first non-Bombardier Business Aircraft or Textron Aviation aircraft in VistaJet Malta's fleet. The 14-year-old jet was initially delivered to Global Jet Luxembourg (SVW, Luxembourg), where it operated for five years, before moving to the Isle of Man and the US. Most recently, it was operated by Sino Jet Beijing as B-652L prior to joining VistaJet Malta.

Excluding the recently delivered Falcon 7X, VistaJet's Malta-based fleet comprises 95 business jets, including twenty-four Challenger 350s, two Challenger 604s, fifteen Challenger 605s, six Challenger 850s, three Citation XLSs, twenty-eight Global 6000s, sixteen Global 7500s, and one Global Express XRS. Additionally, it operates one Beech (twin turboprop) King Air B200GT and one Leonardo Helicopters AW189. Meanwhile, VistaJet Germany operates five Falcon 7X jets, alongside various Embraer Executive Jets and Textron Aviation aircraft.

VistaJet specialises in programme memberships, offering a flight-hour based model while also providing on-demand charter services. In addition to its Maltese and German subsidiaries, Vista Global Holding holds minority stakes in different US-based companies, including Jet Edge, JetSelect Aviation, Red Wing Aviation, and XOJET Aviation, collectively doing business as Vista America, as well as Talon Air.

In the meantime, Sino Jet Beijing will continue to operate two Falcon 7X jets within its fleet. As part of the Sino Jet group, which owns another subsidiary, Sino Jet Management (SJM, Hong Kong International), the company operates a diverse fleet of Airbus Corporate Jets, Boeing Business Jet, Bombardier Business Aircraft, Dassault Aviation, Embraer Executive Jets, and Gulfstream Aerospace aircraft registered in Aruba, Bermuda, mainland China, Cayman Islands, Guernsey, the Isle of Man, and San Marino. Sino Jet specialises in aircraft management, charter flights, maintenance, acquisition and sales, financing and staffing.
