Sky Quest (ERY, Cleveland Hopkins) retired its sole Challenger 350 from its Part 135-certified fleet in October 2024, ch-aviation research confirms. This marks the company's second aircraft type retirement in consecutive months, following the Hawker 400XP.
N555AD (msn 20621) completed its final flight under the 'ERY' code on September 9, between Cleveland Cuyahoga Country, where it had been parked since June 26, and Moline. On October 8 it was de-registered in the United States, and on November 15 it was re-registered in Canada as C-GTUF.
Now under Chartright Air (HRT, Toronto Pearson), it becomes the third unit of the type in the Canadian-based operator's fleet. The 8.5-year-old Bombardier Business Aircraft was initially registered in the Isle of Man until 2020, before joining Sky Quest.
With this retirement, Sky Quest's charter fleet now includes 21 aircraft, comprising one Challenger 300 (a sister model of the retired type), two Challenger 605s, one Gulfstream Aerospace G450, one Hawker (400XT), one Hawker (850XP), three Hawker 800XPIs, one Hawker 800XPi(2), three Hawker 850XPs, three Hawker 900XPs, and five Learjet 40XRs.
Sky Quest specialises in private jet charter services, aircraft management, sales and acquisition support, and jet card membership schemes.
