North-West Aircompany (0E, St. Petersburg) has added a third Falcon 7X to its Operations Specifications, with ch-aviation research showing that the aircraft is most likely RA-09024 (msn 242), which was recently imported into Russia via the Tajik and South African registers.

The 10-year-old trijet was last operated commercially by Türkiye's Genel Havacilik. It flew as TC-CEM from Dubai World Central to Istanbul Atatürk on May 1, 2024, and was subsequently stored at the Turkish airport. It was then re-registered in Tajikistan as EY-315, and later in South Africa as ZS-LOV without leaving Istanbul. It departed on September 5, under the South Africa registration, flying towards Russia.

The Falcon 7X aircraft became active under its current registration on October 1, 2024, flying from the Moscow metro area to Astana Nursultan Nazarbayev and Tashkent International. While it operates predominantly under the registration callsign, on November 11 it flew under North-West Aircompany's 'OE' code from Moscow to Astana and back.

The Russian business charter specialist currently has three Falcon 7X on its Operations Specifications. It already operated two units of the type, RA-09604 (msn 117) and RA-09618 (msn 274). The company's fleet further comprises one ACJ318-100, one ACJ320-200N, two A321-200NX, one Global 5000, three Global 6000s, two Global 6500s, one Challenger 650, two G550s, one G650, one Falcon 900C, four AW139s, and one Mil Helicopter Mi-171.
