Jet Aviation Business Jets Deutschland (JBD, Cologne/Bonn) has taken delivery of its first Falcon 6X, according to ch-aviation research. The brand new Dassault Aviation aircraft is the first of its type operated by the Jet Aviation group and joins a Falcon 2000LX in the German-registered fleet.

D-ABEI (msn 14) entered service on November 13, operating under the 'JBD' code on a flight between Paris Le Bourget and Paris Chalons-Vatry, followed by a leg to Cologne/Bonn. Later that day, it conducted a series of base training flights at Frankfurt Hahn before returning to Cologne/Bonn, where it has been based since.

Jet Aviation Business Jets Deutschland is the German branch of Jet Aviation, a wholly owned subsidiary of General Dynamics. Before this addition, the division exclusively operated a Falcon 2000LX. The Falcon 6X is the group's first, adding to a global managed fleet of around 300 aircraft from manufacturers such as Airbus Corporate Jets, Boeing Business Jet, Bombardier Business Aircraft, Embraer Executive Jets, Gulfstream Aerospace, and Textron Aviation.
