My Freighter (C6, Tashkent International) plans to obtain two new air operator's certificates, one in Hungary and the other in Saudi Arabia, to support its international growth, founder and chief executive officer of parent Centrum Holding Abdulaziz Abdurakhmanov said during the Central Asia Air Cargo Summit 2024 last week.

"These new cargo airlines will allow us to expand our presence in Europe, South and North America, the Middle East, and the Far East. In the future, we plan to open another base for My Freighter in Navoi, from where cargo will be delivered to Liège and Ostrava on a regular basis," he said.

The Uzbek cargo specialist currently operates four B767-300ER(BCF)s and one B767-300ER(BDSF). Abdurakhmanov said that five additional aircraft are scheduled for deliveries in 2025. By 2026, the airline aims to operate a fleet of 20 freighters.

While the airline has previously hinted at a possible order for new-generation cargo aircraft, Abdurakhmanov did not elaborate on the specifics of the fleet growth plan now and was not available for additional comment.

"We will expand our network and plan to enter the markets of Singapore, Malaysia, and the Pacific countries, and also to operate regular flights to Pakistan and India," he added.

Besides its cargo business, My Freighter also operates a passenger division, Centrum Air, which does not have a separate AOC. The passenger unit's fleet currently comprises four A320-200s, one A321-200N, one A321-200NX, and one ACJ319-100N, the ch-aviation fleets module shows. Centrum Air also plans ambitious fleet growth with its first A330-300 and A321-200NX(LR) arriving in 2025.
