Phenix Jet (RKS, Teterboro) has retired its sole Global Express XRS from its Part 135-certified fleet in November 2024, as revealed by ch-aviation research. The company will continue offering charter services in the United States with six other Bombardier Business Aircraft, including a Global 6000, a Global 6500, and four Global 7500s.
Global Express XRS, N2379T (msn 9409), is a 14.4-year-old ultra-long-range jet which Phenix Jet had operated since 2022. The aircraft is currently not listed as Part 135-certified.
Alongside its Bombardier fleet, the company manages four Gulfstream Aerospace jets under its certificate - a G650, a G650(ER), and two G650ERs.
Phenix Jet, a subsidiary of Japan's Sojitz Corporation, also holds an Air Operator's Certificate (AOC) in the Cayman Islands. The unit, Phenix Jet Cayman, operates a Boeing Business Jet B737-700(BBJ) and a Global 7500 under the 'CPJ' code, along with other managed aircraft.
