Novus Jet Charter has expanded its Part 135-certified fleet in November 2024 with the addition of a first Challenger 300. The aircraft is expected to commence charter services in the beginning of January 2025, President Eric Sanchez confirmed to ch-aviation.

N776CJ (msn 20107) is an 18.6-year-old aircraft which joins a 22.7-year-old Learjet 60 under Novus Jet Charter's Part 135 certificate. The Learjet 60, inducted in June, replaced at the time a 30-year-old Learjet 31A. "We are seeking additional aircraft to bring under management and plan to slowly expand our fleet," Sanchez told ch-aviation, without elaborating on the types.

Originally delivered to Canada's Skyservice Business Aviation, the Bombardier Business Aircraft midsize jet was most recently operated by Jet Linx Aviation. It last flew for the operator under the 'JTL' code on July 25 from Lakeland to Boca Raton. Jet Linx Aviation continues to offer six additional Challenger 300s for charter.
