TWC Aviation (Van Nuys) no longer has any aircraft listed under its Part 135 certificate, according to official data from the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The operator previously held a total of five jets under its certificate - an Astra SPX, a Challenger 601-3R, a Challenger 601-3A/ER, a Falcon 2000(LX), and a Global Express.
TWC Aviation was one of the air carrier subsidiaries of Circadian Aviation, the rebranded certificate of Gama Aviation Signature Aircraft Management, through successive mergers. Circadian Aviation was acquired by Wheels Up in 2020 and later sold to Airshare in 2023. Airshare currently operates charter flights under its own Part 135 certificate, as well as those of Circadian Aviation and Sterling Aviation, also acquired from Wheels Up in 2023.
Of the five jets previously included in TWC Aviation's charter fleet, four are no longer listed under any other operator, while Falcon 2000(LX) N16XY (msn 16) was transferred to Sterling Aviation's certificate, becoming the first of its variant and joining a sister Falcon 2000EX.
As of January 2024, TWC Aviation had a total of 14 aircraft under its Part 135 certificate. Of these, nine are no longer listed as Part 135-certified, four have been transferred to Sterling Aviation's charter fleet, and one has been added under the certificate of Solairus Aviation.
Airshare currently operates 90 jets under its Part 135 certificate, as well as those of Circadian Aviation and Sterling Aviation, which includes manufacturers such as Bombardier Business Aircraft, Dassault Aviation, Embraer Executive Jets, Gulfstream Aerospace, Pilatus Aircraft, and Textron Aviation.
