ClipperJet (Spain) (Barcelona El Prat) has retired its last two Citation Mustangs, with the final one leaving the fleet in early December 2024, as revealed by ch-aviation research.

EC-LDK (msn 510-0152), was last active under the 'ORO' code on November 29, flying between Barcelona El Prat and Dole, where it remains parked. On December 9, the 15.6-year-old jet was re-registered in the United States as N5104 and is now owned by an aircraft trading firm. Configured to carry up to four passengers, it had been part of ClipperJet's fleet since 2016.

This follows the earlier retirement of another Citation Mustang, EC-LZS (msn 510-0050), which last operated under the 'ORO' code on September 27, flying the same route as EC-LDK. The aircraft was then reregistered in the United States before being exported to Brazil, where it now operates privately as PS-SMG.

According to the company's website, ClipperJet is currently operating two Citation Jet 4s, although the current Spanish register only includes one unit of the type. The airline has also operated a Citation S/II, which has been parked at Barcelona El Prat since October 21, and is not currently listed by the operator as available. ch-aviation has reached out to ClipperJet for comment.
