Flightpath added the first Challenger 650, while retiring its last Challenger 604, ch-aviation research has shown.
The newly inducted Challenger 650, C-GBOT (msn 6196), was first active under the 'KNT' code on November 8, 2024, flying between Montréal Trudeau and Querétaro. Originally delivered to NovaJet, where it was the only unit of the type, the 1.2-year-old aircraft last operated under NovaJet's 'NOJ' code on October 27, completing a roundtrip between Toronto Pearson and Pittsburgh International.
NovaJet continues to own the aircraft, according to the Canadian aircraft register.
Flightpath also retired the last of its once four-strong Challenger 604s fleet. The 24.6-year-old jet, C-GZPX (msn 5458), configured to accommodate up to 10 passengers, has been transferred to Chartright Air on December 18, where it joins four additional Challenger 604s.
Flightpath now operates a total of 15 aircraft, including the newly inducted Challenger 650, a Citation Jet 3, a Global 6000, a Global 7500, a Learjet 45XR, a Learjet 60XR, a Learjet 70, a Learjet 75, a Phenom 100, two Phenom 300s, two Phenom 300Es, a Praetor 600, and a PC-12.
All types are available for charter operations, except the Citation Jet 3, which is certified exclusively under CAR 604 (private operations only) certification. Flightpath also provides aircraft management and acquisition services, running fixed-base operations (FBOs) at Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale Executive, Kitchener, Montréal Trudeau, and Toronto Pearson.
