Catreus AOC (VCG, London Gatwick) retired its sole Global 7500, ch-aviation research has shown.
G-MIAP (msn 70148) is a 1.5-year-old Bombardier Business Aircraft configured for up to 18 passengers. The British company had operated it since new. The aircraft was last active under Catreus' 'VCG' code on December 13, 2024, flying between London Biggin Hill and Guernsey. The ultra-long-range jet was deregistered in the UK on December 17 and subsequently reregistered in Malta as 9H-MAX. It was first active under the new registration on December 19, flying to Malta International. The identity of the new operator is currently unknown.
Following this retirement, Catreus now operates seven aircraft on its Air Operator's Certificate (AOC), including a recently inducted Challenger 3500, a Citation Jet 2+, a Citation M2, a Citation M2 Gen2, a Global 6000, a Global Express XRS, and a Phenom 300. The company also owns a second Citation M2 Gen2, but does not operate it under its AOC.
