Foundation Aviation (Long Beach) retired three aircraft types - the G150, GV, and Hawker 850XP - from its Part 135-certified fleet in December, ch-aviation research has shown.

The G150, N150JN (msn 212), a 18.4-year-old jet, and the Hawker 850XP, N780RE (msn 258819), a 17.9-year-old aircraft, were both added to the fleet during 2024, in September and July, respectively. Neither is currently listed as Part 135-certified.

Meanwhile, the GV, N152EZ (msn 673), is a 22.1-year-old aircraft which had been operated by Foundation Aviation since 2023. It is also not currently listed as Part 135-certified.

Following these retirements, Foundation Aviation’s charter fleet has been reduced by half and now consists of three aircraft, namely a Citation Sovereign, a GIV, and a Falcon 2000.

In addition to private jet charter services, Foundation Aviation provides aircraft management, maintenance, and acquisition and sales solutions.
