Jet Charters NZ (Napier/Hastings) and NZ Jet (Ardmore, NZ) will combine their fleets under a recently agreed strategic partnership. The alliance expands the companies' operational reach across the Southwest Pacific with strategically located charter bases at Auckland International, Ardmore, Queenstown International, and Napier.
"The surge in demand following a slower winter, driven by seasonal shifts and commercial airline disruptions, underscores the importance of this collaboration,” said NZ Jet director Sofia Ambler.
“We are excited to unite our strengths to provide even more outstanding private jet experiences in New Zealand and the Pacific,” added Jet Charters NZ's Rowan Brookfield.
According to ch-aviation fleets data, NZ Jet operates one Citation Ultra and one Citation V.
Meanwhile, Jet Charters NZ operates a Beechjet 400XTi, a Citation Sovereign, two Citation Mustangs, a Beech (twin turboprop) King Air B300, five King Air B200s, and one King Air C90A. All of these aircraft are owned by parent company Skyline Aviation.
Aside from day-to-day passenger charters, Jet Charters NZ also deploys its aircraft on behalf of MedAssist NZ, New Zealand Air Ambulance Service, and the International Assistance Group.
